few days ago, I think it was Instigators interviewing Tayls. He mentioned that the way he was coaching his players and how he was working the kids in development camp has changed (I think he said a lot) from how he was developing kids under Housley. Obviously, him and Ralph want to be on the same page as far as coaching and playing like the Sabres will want to play.

So, as I'm watching today, you're seeing a lot more net-driving. I know it's 3 on 3, but it's the mentality these kids have. Drive the (frank)ing net. Seems it's a theme Rayzor and Duffer have picked up on as well and mentioned several times.

This team has been absolutely pathetic in scoring goals in the past several years not only because of lack of talent, but from lack of 'snarl and grit' and within that, driving the net, scoring the dirty goals. I see a theme here today that's following exactly that. And it's extremely refreshing. If it's a sign of things to come, I'm pretty excited
