This is why teams don't OS. Isles are trying to extend Barzal this summer. Barzal's probably waiting to see what the RFA's do to the market. Lou doesn't seem like the guy who would arbitrarily raise the market and effectively ensure that he has to overpay for two young stars. Add to that they're trying to sign Lee.

If marner gets offer sheeted for 4 1st rounders and leafs don’t match. I wonder if they go after Provorov or McAvoy. It would most likely be under 4 1st rounders to get them but at worst case it could put philly and Boston in a tricky situation with cap space and having to pay them more then they wanted.
