Yes, it was.

Also, Mittelstadt was a Minnesota commit. So there's 3.(Edit: I'm an idiot. But I feel like Minnesota really ought to be in Canada.)

Pekar as well, there's 3.

What's your source? You have a history of not reading tweets right or repeating bogus/unverified tweets.

Are you basing it on the Joe DiBiase tweet that is a hypothetical Twitter poll?

EDIT: L8, I guess. But not wrong.

Go back and read it again, I edited.

Yes, exactly! UPL is a product of the CHL, and was known to be going to play there, the same as Pekar. It's the same (frank)ing thing as drafting a player from there!

Every player that played in the CHL came from another league.

Offer sheets should be by contract total salary, not AAV. That's how you get offer sheets. It lowers the PRICE. And jacks up players' celeries. It's a win-win.

It wasn't fake. It was a hypothetical poll. He never reported that ERod signed an offer sheet.

Also, can you offer sheet players before free agency starts? The only deadline I ever see referenced (without digging into the CBA) is for when the QOs have to be made.

EDIT: Teams cannot sign players to offer sheets until July 1.

Let’s put this to rest there is no way in hell Evan Rodriguez is ever going to get that amount of money and if the Arizona coyotes ever did that the guy should be fired that second

The players union is in service of the high-paid veterans. They don't represent the youngins or the middle class. They don't have a vested interest in making offer sheets a thing

Agreed. I like the player, but I would not match even if there were no compensation attached, so I'd certainly take a 2nd over paying ERod $4.2M for 5 years.

Yes, everyone knew UPL was coming over, WTF are you on? The players played in the CHL what's the difference where they were drafted from? They will graduate from the CHL which is your whole point. If it's not then your point makes no sense.
