I think only one of Girgs and Larsson will be back. Wilson can be the 13th forward. Get a few guys via FA for the bottom 6, sit Smith and Tage in Rochester and trade Nylander.

The trade market has actually been pretty light so far. I am expecting more after July 1. The crop of free agents is actually fairly strong, so I imagine teams are waiting to see if they can land one of them before they give up assets to help their teams. I'm not worried yet.

I am probably ok with him playing on the second pair. However, he is the best piece we have to upgrade the forwards. I used to be one of his biggest defenders - he isn't going to magically obtain a hockey IQ in year 7. The guy has been a warrior and i have much respect for what he has been through but I think it would probably suit both parties to move on.
