Gotcha. I like Donskoi but I would think a lot of teams will have interest, which will make it difficult for us. That's why the second tier of UFA's that won't cost much should be the target. Somehow we need to get a 2C.

I was told he wasn't being moved but, I guess when your team is as bad off as we are, you listen to what other GM's have to say. That's a huge hole to fill if they move him.

Connolly is on my list for sure. I thought I saw something that Edmonton has interest in Connolly but not Buffalo so far. I'd look into Brandon Tanev and Colin Wilson for the bottom 6.

Well, they were qualified. They can reject the QO, doubt any of them do, unless the Larsson to Sweden was actually real and his agent just got ahead of himself, please let it be real.
