I think the minimum is utilizing his cap space, which means at least 1 trade and/or second/third tier UFA's. He has to sign a few depth/AHL guys and a couple minor moves involving bottom 6/AHL guys.
The cap space is more valuable than most of the tradeable pieces we have. |
