One thing is that in my position, I do not "report" something from some source to be a factual case worthy of mentioning, unless I have proof that I saw &/or heard, or read it myself. But at that time in replying quickly to that member who first brought up Gropp's name, I recalled that Gropp trade rumor I had read earlier, without remembering the specific of numerous sources I had researched this draft day otherwise to mention it then.
