I wouldn’t trade Boeser for Byram straight up
- Nucker101

Nor would I, but why would a team like Colorado get bent over for the Canucks?

How many goals did he get playing on sedins wing that year and on pp? You say youll take a top de over any winger yet you still bust chops are with boeser arguement what is it? Boeser or a top de? You seem to play both sides
- Jkuzzi

We never had a top D. Who do you have in mind?

Apparently people still haven’t learned yet....it’s surprising he would get another chance at a front office job

Rosterhawk is on his 4th orgasm and the draft is tomorrow
- carsonagenic

Just me but I don’t understand all the excitement over the draft. Ya you’re gonna get some great building blocks but it’s not like we’re picking 1st overall and getting a generational player. Kids we pick are one to three years away from contributing. Each to their own I guess.

The draft can be used for other deals that are not 1-3yrs away. It’s one more opportunity to explore.

Don't disparage anybody with something like that....
but damn convenient for a cap strapped team.
I think we need to trade for Luongo.....

That I get, big opportunities to utilize cap space and perhaps get better like Carolina did when they acquired Teravainen, however, that’s never been JB MO.

Circumstances change & nothing is in stone. JB has something cooking. The cap is a great weapon if he finds the chance.

Quite simply, without the draft we wouldn't have players like Bo, Boeser, EP, QH to look forward to next season. Instead of looking at simply next season this is the prime time to add talent to your future club.

If what i hope occurs then 5-10m cap space leftover would be awesome

Would anyone entertain boeser and tanev for dumba and zucker? I would make that deal in a second because of salaries. Not sire minny would do that maybe swap 1sts as well

This is Benning’s sixth draft, he’s never made an impactful trade of major significance. I’m not holding my breath.

No ty. Keep Boeser & trade Tanev on his own.
