If they trade Ghost, Hagg is in the last year of his contract. Has his play warranted an extension? - ravishingone
Hagg should be flipped this summer. No need for him |

Well we’re keeping ghost now right? Not going to flip him for a 3RW - Just5
This is the silver lining to the Hayes signing
Seriously they could and would have traded ghost for Nazem Kadri |

Me too, Vinnie when they signed him seemed like a very good thing, very exciting
You can feel free to call me an idiot about how wrong I was on that one lol - Marc D
I was as excited as anyone about Vinny. I’m not holding the Vinny deal against Homer. We all wanted him here until we didn’t.
In Kevin Hayes’ case. New RJ Umberger. |

For this contract and term....it better damn well come with a limited ntc.
If fletcher sacrificed $$ and even term for no NMC then I applaud him. We wait on the details |

I understand that but I would rather run with the young players we have. This 7.14 million for 7 years in destined to handcuff us the same way Mac’s deal did at times. - SuperSchennBros
I wanted that too but it didn’t exactly work last year and I don’t think we could handle risking that again for this year, especially with Giroux having so many years left. I love this team and care about building a consistent team for years, but Honestly if we get 1 Cup in those 7 years (frank) the rest lol! |

I feel like some people would still be upset at 6 years for 6.5mil... sometimes you gotta overpay. Am I thrilled with the deal, no. But are the flyers better team than yesterday, yes. |

I don’t know
We were all wrong on Vinnie
Kevin Hayes is going to help them, he fills a huge hole. At least and hopefully for 4 seasons
After that he is going to be a 7M dollar role player
Should they have not gotten Braun and Hayes and offered Panarin 11M, only to lose out on him and walk away with nothing?
Another year of guys playing in roles they are not suited to?
I’m happy they are going to be competitive now and got some help for G and Couts and Provy
Are they cup contenders? Probably not
I get the argument but I’m also tired of our young guys and G getting stomped on. |

Man, I've been waiting for 40 years. I was 6 years old when they won
I agree. I just need one, man. Just one. For (frank)'s sake. Just one
