The buy out is terrible for them next season if they buy him out right now. It would be a 4M+ cap hit in 2020-2021. They can't do that.

I think they will consider Gardiner. He will most likely get paid very well but I also think he can help our top 4.

For sure teams would have an interest in Shaw, they would need more to acquire a guy like Ghost but Shaw did a wonderful job of building his value back up from where it was 12 months ago
