I just got back.
Even 4 different strains of indica is not helping. I'm saddling up to the hard bar.

Perfect.

That will work well for the multiple Lucic Boners.

Sorry man, the sweetener costs a least 2 2nd round picks imo, including their pick this year. Loui's contact is a year shorter, and is easier to trade to a financially strapped team.

Whereas Lucic might be better on this team now, this contract will hurt our team down the road.

- golfingsince

we are in the drivers seat on this proposed deal and if we are the only one interested milk the oilers or walk away, if they are serious they will do the deal.

The thought of us acquiring Lucic gives me ED.

I'd happily trade a 4th round pick, maybe a 3rd to a cap strapped (floor) team in order to take LE.

They'd be interested because most of the dollars have been paid. I really don't want to take on Lucic's deal with an extra year where the money still has to be paid out. I'm starting to think 2 2nds isn't enough even if we get rid of LE.

Lol we are getting puljarvi to play w Bo and Pearson! That’s a beefy line. Also, after the swap of picks we will be drafting zegras 😍❤️

I would probably do that deal.
I think that's way more than Edm would be willing to move though.

Does Lucic still fight? I don't watch the oilers, so, I honestly don't know.

I will wait to see what the deal is ? If both teams retain 3 mil it might make the players tradable. If we get a prospect like IP or Benson then I do it

Well. yes.
That is apparent.

As for my questions, according to hockey fights:
3 fights over last 2 years.

3/13/19. M. Lucic (EDM) vs. K. Gabriel (NJD) - I'll give Lucic the W.

12/09/18 M. Lucic (EDM) vs. A. Peluso (CAL) - draw. Ref's jumped in early.

03/31/18 T. Glass (CAL) vs. M. Lucic (EDM) - Smashed Glass, who's got to be 30lbs lighter and a few inches shorter. So...

I’d like to hear from someone with some CBA chops because I’m skeptical that multiple teams can retain salary totaling more than 50% of the gross salary.

Yeah, someone (from the Oil thread?) was suggesting that if both teams retained 50%, they could then be traded again, retaining another 50%. So 75% in total.

Thought that was what you were referring to.

Nope was not looking at that at all . I was thinking of a shared buyout in two years or Seattle taking them if they only had 3 mil cap hit

But why would Seattle want either of those 2?

Unless Van and Edm added picks for taking them i suppose...

Why not combine a bit of both?

LE plus 4th (2020) to Arizona or Ottawa

10th, Sutter, and Hutton for 8th, Puljarvi, and Lucic (NTC waived for expansion draft). Edmonton gets out from Lucic, an upgrade in D, and a veteran they can move to the wing or make their 3LC
