Not sure why you posted this, maybe you've had a few drinks ...... whatever. Basketball is a very high skill game, where players wear virtually no protective equiqment. In North America only NFL football is more popular than basketball. The Raptors have done something special this season, quite inspiring really. Hard to see a logical reason to make a negative comment about the sport at this point in time.

To me a game played by giants where your hands are used to put the ball in a net ranks right up there with dodgeball. It always amazes me that a slam dunk can make it on to plays of the week. Compare that to some of the soccer goals that they show and it’s a joke.

I hope the Raptors win but it doesn’t change my opinion of the game.

That’s the basics of the game....

There is a lot of thinking involved. A lot more systematic and adjustments than hockey. If a team just took 3s and drove the basket it would be extremely easy to gaurd. There’s plenty more to it and the simple minded can’t see that
