I’d bring Spezza back. Doubt he would come back after how he left, but decent option to get some veteran leadership that is missing.
Not sure where the Karlsson stuff is coming from. I imagine those bridges are burnt to a crisp.
If we are talking about bringing back former players, I’d rather explore bringing back Duchene. It’s a pipedream, but if we are talking about Karlsson coming back…
As far as the coaches are concerned, don’t really care at this point in the rebuild. Nice to have a decent coach to help young players, but at the end of the day, the young players need to develop themselves. We will likely have a different coach by the time this team is competitive again.
