I'm thinking about the Kids who 75 years ago were scared poopless about to go a shore in Normandy. They were all much better than us.

Not really a huge fan of acquiring Zucker unless Benning can get him for very little, which ain’t happening, so no thanks. He had what looks to be a peak year a few seasons ago and went back to what I’d say is more normal for him, 21-21-42.

For five million dollars is that a huge upgrade from a 15 goal 30 point winger who makes just over a million dollars? I don’t think so.

The beauty of it all is our cap advantage whether we swing a deal or not. Be interesting if a trade before UFA season starts.

Every year, we hear that different teams are tight against the cap, and there is no way out, or they'll have to make desperate moves or be unable to sign there star free agents.

Every year, someother GM bails em out and all the fantasy talk about offer sheets, cap dumps and 1st round picks or blue chip prospects added as 'sweeteners' fail to materialize.
