Wood, Mcleod and Santini for Nylander
- Leniwm1

No, I hate his contract which could be a big deal after Hughes/Nico/Hall get paid. I would be on board to ship those boys for Kapanen however, who seems every bit as good, but would sign closer to the 5.5M mark.

I don't want to see Zacha moved at all. He's just scratching the surface of his offensive capabilities & he's already amongst the leagues best forwards defensively. He's a big reason for our penalty killing success. He's not going to be very expensive like Zajac is & when Zajac retires in a few yrs Zacha is the perfect replacement. In my opinion line 3 should be

Wood-Zacha-Coleman

Line 4 I'd go with

Agostino/Rooney-Zajac-Bastian/McLeod

Everyone that plays with Zajac can't stop raving about how easy he is to play with & how much they learn from him. Let him teach & mentor our prospects. It will speed up their development by yrs. Zajac will still get enough minutes with special teams time. If anyone is injured he's competent enough to move up to any spot. He's getting old & this should extend his career. A 4th line with Zajac would instantly be one of the best 4th lines in the league. If you think 4th is to low for either of them then put our 3rd line as:

Zacha-Zajac-Coleman

Could there possibly be a better defensive line?? Plus as far as offense Zajac is consistently 40+pts, Coleman had a breakout yr with 22 goals, & Zacha finished with 20pts in 30 games. It's not unreasonable to think they could all be right around 40 pts while being the best defensive line in the league.

This team is taking form very very nicely. Where we've come from where we were 4yrs ago is insanely better. If we keep going like this it's gonna be a long long time before we don't seriously contend for the Cup
