Feels as if this should be a wait and see season (not greatest idea for Benning) but it might surprise in what Van has already in the prospect pipeline.

Van doesn't really know what they have in OJ, Lind, Gadjovich, Madden, Rathbone.

Quite a few prospects just finished first year of AHL and College. This season will be a more defining season for them. I wish to not lose one before we know what they might become.

They need to sign a few players on the defensive side. Or make a trade.

Really think they need to hang on to Jake, he has a ways to go yet before we see his best hockey.

Won’t hear any complaints from me (unless they pass on Zegras/Boldy/Dach in the process)

I'm just watching some highlights of Newhook, looks like he plays the same spot on the PP as Petey does, could make a good winger for Bo

How exactly are they supposed to know it’d fall that way ? Both should still be available when we pick at 10 and both will probably be gone by 15. If Benning trades back assuming one or both of these guys make it to 15 or beyond he’s 🦇💩.

At this point I want neither BTW. BPA @ 10 please. Get creative & acquire more picks if possible, but not by moving 10.

I kind of lose interest after the 2nd round, but if the Canucks did take a D in the 1st, I'd like to see them take Nathan Légaré or Shane Pinto. If they take a forward, I'd like to see if they can grab Vlasic or Lassi Thomson at 40.

I'll take a very superficial stab at 71 but perhaps take a bit more risk in Jackson LaCombe, Domenick Fensmore the shrimp or Mads Sogaard....can never have enough goalies in the system!

Who cares if there is a log jam at forward. Let the best man win. You move up in the draft. It's not as if Van's forwards or defensemen are awesome enough that any of those players wouldn't have a chance at making the team.

We have the opposite of a logjam. Havent had scoring depth in years. But it’s coming. Still a fair bit of dead weight on the roster that needs replacing.
