Tools are there, just very raw.

You guys love Josh Allen but hate Tage yet they are the same player but play different sports. Tage can’t hit the net, Josh can’t hit the side of a moon with a football. They both have the size and stature to be successful at their respective positions, both have power shots/throws. Tage has good hands for a big man but needs to put on 30 pounds and hire an accuracy coach. Josh has a cannon for an arm but needs to continue to learn the game, and work on his throwing mechanics so he doesn’t sky the ball 30 feet over the RB on a 5 yard out route.

big difference

josh busts his hump on every play

tage might be the tallest sissy in the nhl

tage needs to watch 200 or so clips of varada this summer, to learn how to bust it on every shift

So it was an interview on NBCSN.

McK says Skinner looking for 8 @ $9 per, Sabres offering 8 @ $8 per.

Split the diff, call it a day.

Sure, but Allen was the best QB in fantasy over the last 6 weeks, Tage wasn't even in the league.

I'm not saying he'll be bad forever, but he's bad now.

he got skinner and montour

these upper half of roster players, not something you can just snap your finger and get it

the price he paid to get montour was great value

if the skinner situation turns into a signing, that trade was a steal

trust the process

- homiedclown

That’s still tbd
Let’s see what Guhle turns into
For some reason, he wasn’t good enough to crack our lineup...
Yet the Ducks kept him in the NHL for some games
I’m a little worried he’ll be anothe “McNabb” that we wish we hung on to
Hopefully Montour will be good enough that it won’t matter

He does. To a point. I don't let random people tell me how to do my job, and I don't ask for advice outside my profession for my profession. However, I'm still able to understand and sympothize with folks with their issues. So does Botts. He fully recognizes that fans want Skinner back. But he's not going to do it simply for that reason. Nor should he.

Its sounds like you know him, so I guess I'll trust your assessment.

the bills had perhaps the worst o line and worst group of wr's in the nfl that I have seen in a dozen or so years last season yet josh had constant drive and improved

tage, well he scored when he got sent down but really did no different in year 2 for the sabres then year 1 for the blues

if he was a d man, I would applaud him because I hardly ever notice when he is on the ice

Great, he was a glorified Tim Tebow. He did all of his damage with his legs mostly against opponents that also had nothing to play for much like the Bills.

Before everyone jumps down my throat, I think Allen has the tools to be a top 10 QB in the NFL but he has a lot of things to work on.

I think Tage can be a useful 15-20 goal middle 6 winger that can use his size and be cost efficient and produce. We can’t spend huge money on the wings with the importance of every other position, a guy with size who scores and outplays his contract could be very useful in a few years.

I know in 1994 I stopped at Maxines in Fort Erie with one of my buddies after a Bills game. He was hammered and spent a ton of dough in the back rooms, on the road home he sat in the backseat. About half way there I hear my window go down and he chucks his effing unders out the window.

I said, "What the hell was that?!!" He says, "My wife can't see what happened there."

I didn't stop laughing all the way to Rochester.

he had the worst line and wr's and was still productive
and goes all out on every play

so what's tage's excuse even if he had the worst center and winger on his other side?

lack of drive, and scores less then beavis

Last time I was up at PP, this tiny little brunette was standing on a table, legs spread, and all the sudden her whole hand disappeared 😂

I wanted to yell, Ricola!
