Stannis for life! Was he even still alive? I stopped watching in season 5. The last I remember was the the (frank) up in the naval battle.

Game of Thrones series finale...kind of a let down. I expected something ... bigger, more grand. It was just ... okay.

I feel the same, but I really don't know how it could be much different. They played it out so that everything could be nicely wrapped up, no cliff hangers, no tensions. Now they don't feel a need to bring it back, which is probably the point.

I'm looking forward to the prequel that comes through next year

That didn't stop Botts from acquiring Berglund.

He’s been banged up every year his body is falling a part he’s not the same EK he once was if he was you wouldn’t see anyone on this bored saying oh (frank) that ..

I had heard his foot injury was extremely similar to the Foppa injury.

I want NOTHING to do with him as a UFA. Someone is gonna pay him 8M and going to get Pronger's last 6 years out of it.

I bet it'll be north of $10. I doubt he would want to come here anyway, but (frank) that noise.

Let’s be honest though

Karlsson at 9-10 mil per> Risto + Bogo+ Scandella at almost 15 mil.

Karlsson at 75-% this season was still almost a PPG D man

He's feeding some good forwards though. His goal totals have plummeted the past 2 years. I don't think he's going to get back to 17-20 goals on this team or at this point in his career, so really we'd probably be paying $10m for some assists and some mediocre defensive play

He’d be feeding good forwards here too.

He’s been a massive part of their offense this year

We literally have nothing similar to their forwards on our team.

Really because I’d take our best forward over their best forward easily.

In fact I’d take our three best over their three best if Skinner re-signs

Their top 5 players outscored out top 5 players by 40 goals and 55 points.

Top 3 scoring players vs their top 3 scoring players is actually both 210 points and then 92 goals vs 90 goals by us.

Yea... depth wins the game.

And I’d assume that’s a big part of our offseason is addressing that.

I mean, Karlsson would get a ton of ice time with Dahlin, Eichel, Reinhart, Skinner, Mitts etc.

I don’t see the issue

I agree the contract is a risk but even at 75% this season he was a superstar

He's aggravated his groin like three times this year. I looks like the beginning of the end. Those things never really heal properly at his age.

Eichel, Pavelski, Couture, then you can lump Skinner, Reinhart, Hertl, Meier in its own tier.
