So if he props his one leg up, isn't he just laying down? |

I think it’s safe to say he’s cost him himself a couple mill a year on his new deal. 10 mill at the most. I think he ends up in TB fairly cheap, which would be remarkable if they fit him in. Hearing that a lot on the radio |

Rangers have to strike for Point, and Panarin. That would be insane |

If the Rangers end up with Brayden Point and Panarin I will post a video of myself eating an Islanders jersey wearing nothing but a Rangers thong |

It would be risky for them to do the offer sheet thing just yet tho imo. Because you figure it’s the 4 firsts amount, I’m not sure Rangers are willing to risk that this soon. Maybe after a couple years of success since you could be losing a lottery pick, definitely next year and maybe two of them possibly. Unless a trade was worked out but so many pieces would go back to TB. |

Rangers can't offer sheet him. Well, technically they can but they would realistically have to offer him over $10,568,590 at the cost of four first round picks.
Rangers don't have their own 2020 third rounder so it's not happening unless he either accepts one for $2,113,717 - $4,227,437 or over $10,568,590 |

Yea I know, that’s why I said the 4 firsts. That’s the only amount they could do and have a chance to get him
I would say tho, he’s probably worth 10+ mil |

He's absolutely worth $10M+. He's probably not worth $10M+ and four consecutive first round picks though. I don't think pretty much anyone is
The way they made the calculations of the AAV for offer sheets has made it virtually impossible for anyone that's a star to be signed to one. |

Hertl & E. Karlsson did not travel, so #SJSharks 6 dmen tonight are Burns, Vlasic, Heed, Dillon, Ryan & Braun.
That leaves 13 possible forwards: Pavelski, Gambrell, Kane, Meier, Couture, Nyquist, Thornton, Labanc, Sorensen, M. Karlsson, Haley, Goodrow or Donskoi

I think people think about the picks a little too much. Even if we pick midpack, there's probably 2 in terms of a statistical average that would be solid NHL regulars. If Dallas resigns Zucc, really we would only be down 3 1sts. I also think after he accepts that if Tampa wasn't going to match, they'd elect to work out a trade first than waiting 4 years. Even if they didn't, we could then probably trade Krieder and get another 1st back. At that point we'd only really be down 2 1sts.
Offer sheets are punitive, but if there was ever a time where a team could get away with one, the Rangers are in that spot now. |

It would really depend where the firsts fell. He did have 92 pts at 23 yrs old. I can’t believe he was a 3rd rd pick |

I’d really prefer Kreider be traded at the draft, if they do wanna trade him. Always have the injury risk (which hasn’t bit them in the ass yet btw, but you play with fire waiting like that). |
