I know Hynes isnt the head coach, but I wonder if this is like "you gotta earn it kid" type thing, otherwise I dont knwo why he was invited? Maybe just to get exposure to the adult game?

They don't have the stats yet but I don't think he played much more than 3 minutes that period.

yeah, gotta put kane out every other shift so he can try to stick handle through the entire defense and turn the puck over.

Hughes is doing a lot of skating, but Kakko is having a better game. Hughes hasn't even touched the puck. Kakko at least has some shots.
