Why weren't they in a pot? Better question, why would they be back in the carton? - blueshirts_fan
Because its saves space and they fit into the carton |

They feel a little different when you pick em up.
Maybe you can try one of these to avoid another disaster. Or you know, keep them in a different spot or a bowl?

Yeah, I think I will take my chances than go through a 20 minute mathematical formula.
I love the fact the dude can't even spin an egg in the 2nd gif |

Me, but the cooked eggs are marked with a sharpie. Didn't seem that difficult. - Fenrir
I'd be concerned about transmitting salmonella (or some other food borne illness) to the cooked egg's shell then removing the shell with my fingers then eating the cooked egg with my tainted fingers. |

Everyone I know does. You either put a small mark on it, or like the ones I get, the stamp comes off when boiled. Doesn't seem all that strange to me - mdw7413
We get those too, the pink stamp does pretty much disappear.
Must be a Jersey thing. We need resident expert Tom Burton for this matter. I am guessing he doesn't eat egg balls though. |

Yeah, cooked eggs go in a bowl. I am so paranoid about food borne illnesses after working in a restaurant. Learn a lot about food prep and storage.
I watch some food videos where I see people try to make the germiest situation. One guy was prepping whole squid and he was wiping off the wood cutting board with a sponge. His whole family is gonna die. - JRR1285

Are you an anti-vaxxer too? (kidding)
I kinda agree, I think in some ways we are a little too sterile but some of these things are not to be messed with. |

Got food poisoning twice.
Found out the hard way that one shouldn't eat around the fuzzy stuff in the hummus container.
Turns out the black stuff in the open (but covered) can of tomato paste probably infected the whole can. Switched to the tube, tastes better anyway. |

I joke that I rarely get sick because I lick doorknobs.
You would think that by the time these kids get to a university they would know to wash their hands after leaving the men's room stall. |
