Well, it is hard to disagree with him in this case. Andersen wasnt the ONLY culprit but that first goal was game over. You can't tell me that didn't put the team right back into the loser mindset. |

Babs with a very short answer for Simmonds...
Nice... you could feel the tension after that question! |

great series, didnt really feel comfortable to till end of game, Anderson is f.n. good, Just Tuukka was better tonight, great games.
and f. Kadri - 77emac77
Kadri is cleaned than 90% of the Bruins, but that’s neither here nor there.

it's a bunch of teenagers and a few early 20 guys plus hainsey marleau freddy tavares hyman and muzzin.
it's not a coaching issue.
it's a boys team still.
bruins were playing like men. leafs just rolled over.
cannot underestimate the nylander signing effect - a bad teammate getting overpaid and then drags down the team is a clear signal management has mismanaged the team - not the coach - MaximusAurelius
It is a lot of a coaching issue. You are blind if you think Babcock isn’t a major fault with not adjusting his lines and playing crap players over difference makers. |

No, you have to blame the goalie, he had one soft goal...so ITS ALL HIS FAULT.
lol
Jesus.
I kid. - Fakepartofme
1st and 3rd goals were bush league. You don't win with those. It kills a team |

They have a better shot than the leafs would have - atmarising
They do have a better chance, but I think that team rolls over Boston, and would've rolled over the Leafs too. The Jackets are this year's Vegas. |

Thanks everyone. Your time is coming and I mean that. I’m out for the rest of the night, but your team really impressed me. I don’t think it’s time to make crazy changes. You all win if Kadri doesn’t get suspended. - RickJames77
Could’ve said the samething last year... |

Playing Matthews so little in this game is unfathomable.
Playing marleau at all so late is inexcusable.
The pk couldn't kill a penalty.
The pp was inept.
The embarassing goalie pull game 6.
A lot of issues fall on the coaches. - burn
Forgot playing an injured and useless Gardiner over Rosen or any other healthy defenceman
Being unable to adjust any time Boston's coach did, which was every second game literally!
And overplaying your fourth line CONSTANTLY |

Not going to win game 7 scoring 1.
Not going to score a lot if the 4th gets every other shift. |

I’m wondering if the league is going to acknowledge that sucker punch, not getting suspended but call Chara out with at least a fine, it was a despicable act. |

Just an update: the Sabres have four more playoff series wins than the Leafs since 2004 in the same number of appearances.
- gerbe75pts
How's that early tee time and golfing going for you all over there?? Still got your coach in hand right? I mean nah it CAN'T be another "always get your man" fiasco there right??!! |

Well, Leafs will have more playoff appearances next year.
Gonna be a few rebuilds before the Sabres have anything to brag about. |

Nylander for Patrick |

They played good enough to win.
Couple soft goals took the momentum and wind out.
Not everyone played well. But overall they had more chances. Rask was better - senstroll
BUt they didn’t win. And yet again the same issues... Ice time, soft goals, give always, PK and PP. ON and on.
Losers says things like ‘I thought we played good enough to win’. BUt you didn’t. Winners don’t necessarily pass the eye test for every game but they win when it counts. |

I don't believe the Kadri suspension makes any difference.
The problem is Andersen is a poopty goalie in the clutch, and the Leafs players are either uncoachable or they need new coaches.
