You might be right, but Boston is a very even keeled team. Think of all the leadership in that room, they won't blow their load in the first 10 to screw the pooch in the last 50. The Athletic had a piece about Nash and his relation to this series and how whoever wins will go on to play a team he captained and almost returned to in a playing capacity, but actually did in an employment sense. He was amazed at how calm and collected the room was and that even though we were down a goal heading into the 3rd there was zero panic and 100% belief in the room. I always thought people overrated those leadership intangibles and the playoff experience, but I also guess I severely underrated those two things as well if a guy like Nash has the things he had to say about the Bruins locker room. Just my two cents

I agree on this post even though this is obvious, the longer you wear down Boston and play top defense the more frustrated they will get. You have to grind them down and not take to many chances on the offensive side. Tonight should be more of a defensive game. Once that is established the offense chances will occur. I honestly see the streak against the bruins ending tonight. All I can say is good luck and hope to see you guys at the end cause that will be one hell of a series

Happens all the time. Goalie heads to the bench the same time team is heading up the ice. That way the extra attacker gets into the play sooner.

Expect more of this bullpoop. Refs will allow Bruins to use machetes and valyrian steel daggers tonight. Leafs need to initiate just as much but not retaliate.

I think assistants may be fired and Keefe brought up to be an assistant next year and be in the wings under Babcock. They give Babcock one more year regardless of what happens tonight.

He won't change the god awful 3rd line due to his obtuse stubbornness, but here's hoping he at least has Tavares out there for a few PK draws and gives the PP1 unit more time (or mixes up the groups, one or the other is a must).

If he doesn't, we need to hope we either outplay those errors or Boston doesn't capitalize.
