Lol true, let me re-phrase. One is under contract and worth betting on having a bounce back season and the other I wouldn't offer a contract with the hope being he bounces back.

I don't think the Flyers were happy Hextall took him in the first place. I think there is a decent chance he's moved this summer.

Maybe a change of scenery will do him good....after that season a fresh start is probably for the best.

OHL would be fantastic for him....but he appears set on his education....can’t blame a kid for that.

OHL would be fantastic for him....but he appears set on his education....can’t blame a kid for that.

I know you dont need anybody to come to your defense but youre one of the few people here that is always respectful and doesnt have an agenda. I thought it was uncalled for. To his credit, he realized it and apologized.

I do think we'd have to add but maybe not too much. There are always Subban rumblings and maybe they are trying to get rid of him. I'd even add Rubstov.

I love Arvidsson! But there is no way Nashville moves him. And PK is one of the most over rated Dman I've seen. He is weak on his skates and on the boards. Defense is suspect. He is a character guy but I'd pass. It may take ghost and jake just to get arvidsson, imo. Nashville has zero reasons to let arvy go, and they won't.
Nashville does have some contracts kicking in (Ellis @ 6m×8) and Turris is over paid. If we want arvy we may have to take on Turris instead of PK just to get arvy

Yeah, Arvy isn't going anywhere. He's arguably the most popular player we've ever had here in Nashville. Even with the poor playoff performance, the fans would revolt on Poile if there were even rumors he was trying to deal him. Guy could probably run for Mayor of Nashville in a few years if he wanted too.

I imagine the Maple Leafs 7th game watch party videos aren't going to be quite as entertaining this year.
