Eh I dunno. Ron Maclean apologized to Canada for the Leafs being the remaining team and they also ignored the offside goal and spent the entire night talking about Matthews' goal.

Still sucks that even if we manage, CBJ is waiting, and they're probably the team to beat now. They didn't beat Tampa by accident and they have a real good shot at going the distance.

Thing with Columbus is, they are so much better than the team that barely made the playoffs. They made the most upgrades as any team at the deadline.

I do agree with you though, i think the Leafs deployed properly are the better team, but they have the weaker defense and lack the experience Boston has.

If CBJ had that lineup from game one this season, I'd put money on them being a top 5 team. Maybe even top 3. But they still aren't better than Tampa—well not on paper, anyway. Tampa malfunctioned big time, IMO. Obviously CBJ showed they were better than the Tampa that showed up for the playoffs.
It's crazy, regular season means Sweeeeet-FA once the playoffs start.
