Nashville will win the cup

No chance Zacha plays 4C... that's ridiculous. No better way to stunt a player than that. - archromat
There are plenty of decent 4th line center options. Move Zacha to Wing! |

I'm with this... or actually give the AHL some talent and have them try to win something. He's 22... 4C is a place for 26+ year old players who'll never be top 6 forwards. If he's playing 4C next year, this team is never going to accomplish much with this kind of development, because it will become the Oilers of the east. Teams like the Lightning don't waste talent in depth roles playing 8 minutes a night next to a fighter. |

so what's this mean.. what pick in the 2nd round? Obviously 8 teams will lose in the first round. Do they seed the picks of those 8 in order of regular season points? Then the next 4 teams that lose in the semi-final do the same?.. then the next 2 teams? until you have picks 30 and 31? How does this work again? Or is it just based off regular season points except for the Cup Final deciding 30th and 31st in each round?
I should know this by now. |

If he winds up at 4C it won’t be because we can’t develop players but that other young players beat him for better spots. Still think he ends up with Zajac and Coleman or traded though. |

Zacha Zajac Coleman would be a pretty good shutdown line |

I'm not going to say anything until they do it because I likewise don't think they will.

Santini, that Nashville Pick and a 3rd for the latest pick possible to get Broberg.
Thoughts? |

Maybe we think bigger and try to get Caufield if he manages to slide past 15?
But yeah, would be for moving into the 1st for somebody. |

Im on board with that but I doubt he'll be available. If Shero wanted, he could def offer a package for another 1st rounder. |

been trying to imagine for 3 years now. I agree about Zacha-Zajac-Coleman. I'm down for that. I think they'll try him next to Hughes too. I just want Zacha to realize his abilities and play with confidence, skate, handle, pass, shoot.. hockey.. My vision of him is an Elias/Zubrus hybrid lol. .. which would be a darn good player if we remember Zubrus in his prime. |

another 2 points for Hughes today, up to 12 points in 4 games, matching his total last year from when he was tournament MVP with 12p in 7 games. They play Finland in the quarterfinals on Thursday |

Watching Hughes and caulfield together is awesome. Our pool is pretty shallow, so I say go for it. |

I think Caufield has played his way out of reach of us moving back into the mid/late 1st to get him, he's almost guaranteed to go top 10 now |
