I think that anyone imagining a new arena being built in New York City on-time, on-budget is, at best, wildly optimistic.

Marleau has a no trade contract, and like frank is he going to agree to a trade to a rebuilding team.

If you want to include Marleau in any trade, it's to the Sharks (who can't afford his cap hit) or nowhere else.
