I had to go to Physio for mine.....maybe I got lucky but after a while it worked out plus to this day I still do the stretches and exercises that were recommended

Same with my ankle. Fractured the same ankle that I tore ligaments on, and it took a fair while to get back to 100%. Those exercises still come in handy!

i once broke my nose right in the middle of a sinusitis battle. (frank)in hell does sneezing ever hurt when your nose is mike ricci'd.

Yeah it took some months but I never want to experience that again so I’ll gladly sacrifice some time out of the day for it

I'm the slug that carries poop around at house constructions and the guy that tears down houses by hand. So yeah, my job is very physical.

I'm 6' and I'm on the short side with most of my family. My "little" brother is annoyingly 6'4" and in incredible shape.

I was at a funeral last week and I had to be around these giants. Then Brienne of Tarth waltz' in making everyone feel inadequate.
