Think of it in the sense that Tim Lincecum never had to ice his shoulder after a game pitching. His body just worked. No maintenance required. Was just always at peak performance. Only problem, poop didn't last.

I've had the surgery before, back when I was in grade 12. Not a major surgery or anything. Just to fix poop up.

And that still sucks. I've been lucky that despite several broken bones, I've only ever had to have one surgery to repair my nose after some (frank)ing clown broke my nose playing soccer. I was like 6" taller than him, so I headed the ball, and he headed my face

Yeah I’ve been there. They say hard work won’t hurt you but that’s bull crap. Most of the construction guys I know can hardly walk.
