See you understand what’s important plus you are blessed with two drinking hands so you should always be covered
- RatedR80

I learned at a young age to learn to drink with both hands. Just in case. 'Cause I've severely sprained both wrists.

It really does....for me it was my back in my early 30s
- RatedR80

When I was a kid my dad would talk about his back hurting and I couldn't understand why. Well, now I know and I (frank)ing hate it.

Maybe fans will learn from this and not jerk off to the regular season standings anymore.

My back, hip, knees, ankles, and everywhere that has arthritis is crying. 31 is too young for his bullpoop.

I went bowling today and now I've got the heating pad on my lower back and a rye and coke in my hand.

Deep Stretch your hamstrings, quads and glutes twice a day and invest in an inversion table. Lower back pain gone.

I'm not actually kidding though. A few years ago I had lots of muscular injuries and doing yoga a few times a week help get the muscles more ready for exercise. Just one way to stop getting older hurt so damn much...

I have the blue jackets in my bracket. Didnt care for Tampas play. They coasted and opponents just didnt care most nights.

Dirty play by Barzal. Didn't see that live, but that was intentional.

Yup. I mean, sure, you want the most favourable matchup you can - but sometimes that's not the number 8 team that have been fighting and clawing for months to get there...

True. But the Bolts are better than this. I think they came in over confident and with a poor game plan for the Jackets. Like you said, should be no surprises next round.

I've never been limber or flexible. And I've never really had to stretch in my life. But I guess now that's caught up to me.

I've always been such a natural athlete that I never needed to do any of that.

Plus, I need knee surgery again.

I can't think of anything for which a natural athlete shouldn't warm up properly

And bummer to the surgery - that (frank)ing sucks

I did not see that team being down 3 games and on the verge of being swept.

I always had a lot of aches and pains when I worked, mostly had physical jobs. But now that I’ve retired I feel 20 years younger. Are you still employed?

No, it's fair. I thought the same until I actually did it.

That said, the added flexibility has been good. Even Mrs Lums noted that I'm more flexible that .HOHO. now...

But that doesn't help with his other hand issues.

The straw would be much too wide.

It would appear that way!!

On a similar note, remember when "you couldn't win with Kessel"?
