Columbus underperformed in the regular season, and then added some excellent deadline additions.

They are good, but I dont think they are unbeatable.

They were big, fast, hit a lot, had great special teams and were very opportunistic. The scariest part though was Bobrovsky. It's always about the goaltending.

I think they showed up in the first period of game 1.

Then Columbus smacked them in the mouth and they didn't figure out how to deal with that until the 3rd period last night, and then Bobrovsky ate their souls.

Columbus isn't a bad team, but sometimes lesser teams can play well, and come out on top. But they rarely do so for several series in a row.

They have some talent, but I don't see them going deep. I don't expect them to come out of round 2.

I saw lehner win the Calder cup in Binghamton he was lights out and can do it. Good luck vs the Bruins I cant stand that team in any way shape or form, I think it's mostly because of Marchand. I also cant stand listening to Andy brickley call a game

A conference finals against the Isles is what everyone should be wishing for

No one is being a bad winner but to say the pens were so much better in that series is ridiculous. Let's be honest the isles fans weren't happy jt left but it's worked for him as well as the isles. Personally I much prefer what happened this year than keeping JT it wasn't expected but lou and Trotz have turned this into an actual respectable team. Isles fans dont like leafs fans for trolling us all summer about tavares leaving, now leafs fans dont like the isles for trolling them back after two dominating wins in the regular season. It's become a rivalry and it's great for the players, fans and hockey in general. Also leaf fans calling out isles fans for the rubber snakes thrown and one Jersey and booing is ridiculous as well. Didn't you guys throw like 7 phaneuf jerseys on the ice and didn't you boo debrusk? Should Boston put a spotlight on him next game and cheer so his feelings aren't hurt? Hypocrites but in suppose it's a select few that give the bad name

the reason why i'm happy with Tampa being out, and I would like NYI to be out soon is that those are both insignificant franchises.. nobody really cares about those teams except from their own few fans. (what a joke the Isles fans; went two games last season and 50 NJ fans outcheered the rest of the arena :D ).

East teams I like to see in playoffs:

New York Rangers
Detroit Red Wings
Capitals

rest I don't really care about, and probably would prefer a team like Ott or Buf to take that 8th spot just to have another team in there that has some sorts of rivalry with leafs.

Yep for sure. I think the Leafs/Boston can take them though. Tampa didnt play well and they were hurt, suspended, and injured during the series. No excuses for them though, they should have won with their season they had.

Tampa played like they did against MTL at the end of the season. They were not ready for the playoffs, they put it on cruise control 2 months ago and were never able to put in "playoffs mode"
