Same. I've had eight different broken incidents of bones, and one ligament tear in my ankle.



The ligament tear was about 10x more painful than all of the other poop put together

i once broke my nose right in the middle of a sinusitis battle. (frank)in hell does sneezing ever hurt when your nose is mike ricci'd.

I had to go to Physio for mine.....maybe I got lucky but after a while it worked out plus to this day I still do the stretches and exercises that were recommended

I'm stupidly undisciplined so I constantly fail at that poop. I've always hated/been bored with stretching.

Same with my ankle. Fractured the same ankle that I tore ligaments on, and it took a fair while to get back to 100%. Those exercises still come in handy!

Took my ankle 4 years to get back to regular after I tore mine. But I also (frank)ed them again while they were healing.

Most have come from sport, but one was a re-break about 5 days after having a cast off when my brother decided that he was gonna do an elbow drop on me (at age 12) and landed his fat ass right on my (frank)ing wrist

edit - The full count is:

3x broken wrist
2x broken nose
1x broken ankle
1x broken leg
1x broken/dislocated pinky.

7 of these have been from sport. The other was the aforementioned Richardface brother

Admittedly I did that last year. Was too busy talking to Mrs Lums, not focussed enough on the concrete steps up ahead. The nose may or may not have been broken, but I got a beat of a scar for that

2x right wrist and 1x the left + broken arm twice. knee surgery + 2x horrible car accidents. both times they thought my neck was broken... (frank) that poop - I'm healthier now than when I was 25. trains boxing twice a week and eat healthy + 1 glass of red wine every day
