I’m ok with it. We’ll see.... the summer they signed Giroux and made all those other silly moves I said this team was headed for mediocrity and ate a lot of crow at the time, so I don’t want to be negative but i do feel like this team is too soft. I don’t see AV as a guy who helps change that perception.

Secondly, his contract in no way shape or form restricted the front office from surrounding him with talent. His contract, almost had zero to do with them being in a race to the bottom, his contract is fair market value for what he does.
