These players do not like him. They don't play for him...they are playing for themselves right now....they are playing for the fans.

Anyone hear Trotz and what he said? he said, since training camp, they have emphasized on playing as a team...playing for each-other. Trotz is loved by his players cause he treats them with respect.

Babcock is all about himself and his arrogance is evident.

Leafs players don't play for their team mates. Only Hyman, Rielly, Kadri and possibly Muzzin do. It's the players, not the coach. Everyone just stood watching Kadri on the floor after he was kneed. You think Babcock teaches that? It's the players that have no heart or desire, not the coaching staff.

I agree to a certain point. Culture and team personality comes from the Coach. Babs has helped in building this team. he chose to never dress Martin when they had him....or Leivo. tougher guys with size and edge. This team is a reflection of what Babs wants to see.

at the end of the day, all Babs has to do is Tap someone like Gauthier on the shoulder and say "next poop, i want you to go crash and bang" and he would do that.

Please dont make Babs the innocent bi-standard here in all this. he needs to own how these players play, what they play for, and how they react to things.

But we just won our quarter finals series in my beer league yesterday, moving on to the semi's!

Babcock doesn't have the horses he wishes for. He's alluded to this many times over the past 3 years. Once he gets fired and Keefe takes over, him and Dubas can really double down on their team identity. Hyman will probably be gone, Kadri too. Maybe bring up Brooks and Bracco

If Ryan Reaves is on the 4th line Debrusk doesn't do what he did. Plain and simple.
