He’s a pretty good play by play guy but he’s got a face for radio. He used to call a lot of Notre Dame games, but we’ve been getting a lot of Mike Tarico lately, which isn’t a bad thing.

To be totally honest, I've lost my zest for football in general. I've really turned into a strictly hockey-only sports fan. No other sports do it for me anymore.

Was watching games last night and EVERY play by play guy has gone the route of Doc Emerick in the EVERY shot is call as if it was the greatest scoring attempt in the creation of scoring attempts. It is a little maddening to be “watching(listening)” to a game while doing other things.
