Much like the Vegas series last year, the first period of the first game will be the only highlight for the Jets.
Based on how the season has gone these past few months this is my prediction:

1. The Jets are negative in special teams (pp-pk)
2. Scheifele line gets outscored
3. The bottom 6 which now consists of a Little line and a Lowry line don't score more than a goal each.

If those 3 things happen the Blues win in 5 games maybe 6 if the jets get a overtime win in game 5.

Ya, you were bang on before when EK was alluding that Buf's injury was more serious than initially anticipated and that he could be out longer. I believe you stated that meant that Buf would return soon and, Voila, Buf returned shortly there after.

what are the chances that 3 of 4 series in the west go that deep? Predicting a series win in seven games is like flipping a coin, it could go either way and usually means you really don't have a strong opinion about the series.

Blues are the perfect team to start a playoff against. They are talented and on a roll but still with fragility that can be exposed with good Jets hockey. No free pass - the Jets will be forced to play good hockey and not get away with playing down to the level of a weaker opponent.
