We're going to be worse next year. Skinner is going to walk. No one wants this coaching job. Nothing in the system that will help in any big way. All I hope for is that we're the worst team in the league so we can pick 4th.

I would pay whatever the price is, if it’s a bunch of guys who have been in buffalo through the losing that’s one crazy way for a culture change.

As for eichel and mcd on the same team, it either blows up and they hate each other, it having someone like mcdavid on the team humbles eichel and the Sabres are better for it

Spot on.
IMO, the leadership is of weak mentality, fragile. Need to change that out.
That and getting rid of a couple guys who know nothing but losing, are head strong, and can't play a system.
Looking at you Risto, Bogo, Sobotka, Girgs and Larry.

4th line of Smith, ERod and Okposo would not be bad...certainly more productive than the duds they had. that line could put up 30+sh goals
