The Pens had some rough moments, but overall they completely dominated the Rangers. They just made costly mistakes.

So did Sid, and he had 72 in 53 the season he missed.

His first 9 seasons he played at a 100 point pace but missed significant time in 4 of those seasons.

Do agree though McDavid, assuming better health, gets more.

I thought the game as a whole summarized the pens season quite well. Guentz+Sid on fyre, the Florida boyz making stuff happen, leaking like the Iraqi Navy on the PP, Murray letting the house collapse near the end of reg or OT, kessel being kessel, mearsy not shutting up about mccann
