Not many people do. I used to slapa da bass before I went to college and replaced all my productive hobbies with boozing, so I have an ear for it. - Victoro311
I was always a guitarist, so of course I focus on the rifts and rhythm. High respect for great bass players. Still get a chubby for Flea.

Oh yeah I saw SOJA with Rebelution, Tribal Seeds and Damian Marley last year at Raggae Rise Up in St Pete. Iration was here a few weeks ago and I (frank)ing missed it. I didn’t find out about it till the day of or else I would have gone. Iration is awesome.
Have you ever listened to Serenation?
They’re a local band from Clearwater/St. Pete area. They put on an awesome show. At Raggae Rise Up this year dude threw a surfboard on the crowd and was literally crowd surfing while singing. - j.boyd919
First heard Serenation when I was in your area last year. Buddy likes them.

Gonna check em out now. Good look. You got any others let me know.
I like some of 311. Soundsystem was solid. There overwhelming positivity gets annoying. The rapping is painful but the drums guitar and Pnut on base is good.
It's sad how bad the late nineties were compared to how good the early nineties were.
I still listen to mostly bands that were good around that time. PJ, AIC, Deftones, RHCP TOOL etc.
You guys sure like poopty music too. Slayer, Metallica, Motörhead. Ive been through so many hippy fests(mostly for the lsd) and the music is listenable but nothing compares to early thrash. Later bands like darkest hour and lamb of god do it good too. Every time I die might be one of the funniest bands to ever see.

Side note. Every time I die also is paired with Goerge Parros violent gentlemen hockey club. So that’s cool. Drew Stafford I believe was in a music video if there’s.
I always wore a white tee shirt to see gwar came out purple from all the poop they sprayed on you. That’s more of s production though. ETID is just 5 guys with instruments and raw energy. Always wanted to see leftover crack but they never leave the west coast and are banned in a lot of places.
