Way to pick up points what it doesn't matter. I know ... lets win the next two games and try to get the 15th draft position. - EbonyRaptor
Not much difference between 9 and 15. It’s all a crapshoot anyway. |

They’re that much closer to Cole Caufield. |

I thought Gilbert played OK after a shaky start. He ended up with 6 hits which is nice to see. |

If we put Cat on a line with Caufield and Anthony Louis we'd have a whole line with no one tall enough to get on a ride at Great America. |

Bullpen melt down by the Cubbies, lose 6-4. - boilermaker100
Ricketts basically telling Theo to frank off if you want more money. You've blown enough of my money with your horse-bleep free agents so I'm cutting you off !! Heyward, Darvish, Chatwood, Morrow, YIKES......That's a TON of horrific decisions Theo !!

Anthony Louis will be a throw in when the Hawks trade for Eakin and McNabb this summer. |

Yep....Sigh...at least Kane and Toews set career highs and provided quality entertainment with some sweet moves and finishes. - EnzoD
Do you ever notice that the meathead Pierre always asks Jonathan Toews about Patrick Kane and how great he is ? Toews has had a career year yet Goofy doesn't congratulate him and wants to talk about 88. Toews had barked back before when asked about Kane. I wish he would have in that interview as well.

They can stash him in Dahlquist’s pocket. |

I respect you insistent ideas but the cap space won't allow more than 1 maybe 2 years of a top 4 d-man. I've been on the Gus Bus, in fact, I think I started it. He will learn D and get paid from Rocky. |

not ot mention picking hamill's 20 million tab...not a fan of that...he pitched well and they needed too with darvish out...that money better spent in bp help...
but pitching is the achilles heal of modern MLB...injurys and breakdowns of highly paid pitchers kill teams...
they don't makem like they used to...the starters of the of 60-70' if they didn't go 7 - 9 innings it was headline news... |

I and others are clamoring for an improvement next year in the top 4 D. McNabb is under contract for only 2.5M for the next few years. That's not going to effect the cap that much. A veteran UFA D will cost twice as much. If any of the Hawk prospect D men are better than McNabb in 2 years he could he traded or exposed to the Seattle expansion draft.
The Gus contract situation will be an interesting dilemma for Stan. We'll see what happens. |

The Hawks could them take Nils Hoglander in the 2nd round. Maybe Daniel D’Amico in the 5th. |

4 man rotations back then too. Bunch of lavender sniffers pitching these days. |

Do you mean Cale Makar? If yes, his team (Mass) is in the Frozen Four so his college season isn't over yet. - EbonyRaptor
No. I mean that Notre Dame goalie who was rumoured singning with the Hawks. Morris. Cale Morris. |
