No need to worry about them, we're not catching them. They play each other so someone needs to win, and buffalo still plays Ottawa on top of that. I dont see us getting more than 1 point in the remaining 2 games we play. We're essentially locked into 29th or 30th, if the Kings lose tonight it's more likely than not we finished 29th
The best part of the night was Ranger and Devils fans chanting "We both stink" or "we both suck" and "Let's go golfing" together. A rare moment of unity in the Battle on the Hudson.
The fights were entertaining and while the hockey wasn't very pretty it was an entertaining game overall. I wanted a loss and slightly enjoyed the win.
I hit Hobby's Deli before the game and some Rut's Hut after. I'm taking the offseason to detox. Hopefully nothing crazy happens with two road game left and we get to pick somewhere between 1 and 6.
