I hear Austin Texas is fabulous for the younger folk.
Why be bitter all your life?

I remember the post lockout Sabres. The Drury/Briere days. The fans were NUTS! Just as many people outside the arena as inside. Everybody talking about them. We’re not “sad sack” fans, we’re knowledgeable fans. We root for hard work and winning attitudes and hate loafers and losers. Why does that make us depressed, loathing losers? Buffalo people are who they are. We love winners. We’re tired of losing. I’m not sure why that makes us some sort of outlier in fandom. Lots of former players stay here permanently, in Buffalo, when they can literally move wherever they’d like. Why is that?
