Brussel sprouts are not good, I'll give you that. Steammed or grilled asparagus is amazing. You're dumb.

Two vegetables I will never eat again. Asparagus and brussel sprouts
- mdw7413

Love the sprouts. Cut in half, heat up a pan with coconut oil, butter, bacon grease, black pepper, red pepper and char then flip. Dress with lemon juice.
Yep, I found a way to make Brussels Sprouts less healthy.

I have heard. I have good luck on first attempts. I usually (frank) up subsequent tries.
- JRR1285

Exactly what I did. 1st brisket came out fantastic, next couple were almost inedible. Such a disappointment too with all the work and time that goes into it. I stopped even trying

think there's a chance that Ben Bishop can win the Vezina or has Khudobin played too much?
- jimbro83

My top 3 in that are Vasilevsky, MAF and Price.

Good luck being disappointed. Probably one of the hardest cuts of meat to get right
- mdw7413

Yeah, start with a pork shoulder. I have a Char Griller. Pretty much smokes at 225 with no effort.

Cut em into ribbons, chop up some bacon or pancetta, sauteed the dead pork with onions and garlic, chuck in the sprouts pour in some veggie or chicken stock, scrape all the brown bits off the pan and let it simmer and cook off a bit. It's like brussel sprout hash and it's (frank)ing awesome.

I think I have the actual recipe saved at home. If I remember I'll send it to you later. I love brussel sprouts but I get tired of eating the same old halved-or-quartered baked crispy thing all the time. It's a good change of pace.

edit: it's basically this (https://www.epicurious.co...ramelized-shallots-240411) except there's bacon/pancetta and you use stock instead of water like a (frank)ing peasant

At 50-60 a pop it isn't cheap either. Plus whatever backup meal you need to buy when it comes out bad.

I like wendy's especially their spicy nuggets. But I like burger king for their limited burgers, usually the spicy ones. I have not eaten fast food since October. (I had one slip up last week )
