I've only ended up at Olive Garden a few times because of the Darden gift cards that I get every once in awhile for whatever reason, but the bread sticks are insane

Don't blame beer, blame your sedentary lifestyle.
I was in San Diego for 10 days and hit over 30 breweries, brewpubs and beer bars. Also climbed some peaks and walked to most spots. Didn't gain any weight.
