that sounds like something Max would say.

Nah Max would be more like a

Nobody knew who x and y was before me, and now look at them playing in the NHL!!

We're all gonna be in for a world of hurt if Joseph Woll becomes an All-Star..

Good article

https://theathletic.com/8...se-record-than-last-year/

spoilers...the biggest reasons the leafs wont have more points is the PP and backup goalie

almost everything else accross the board is improved. So small steps in the right direction...maybe no cup this year, but def next year

Interesting.. It only adds more noise from the "We wanted McElhinney" crowd.

Cereal? honest question, cause i have watched zero marlies and thats a bold hot take. i hope to heck you are right
- Zezel

Yep, I mean I’ve only watched 6-7 Marlies games this year.

But I used to go to a decent amount of Kitchener Rangers games. He’s come along way since then.

His skating and vision is dynamic. He’s a prospect that has skyrocketed on everyone’s rankings.

I could be wrong...but I doubt it. Max probably never watches Will play.

All of his prospect reports say he is a nice goalie prospect but like every goalie prospect minus the top tier ones he’s a crap shoot.

He’s simply guessing he will be a star in the NHL. Anyone can do that.

It’s like the people who said Vegas will be a cup contender before their season...it was a guess. Nobody saw all those players having breakout seasons. None of their previous seasons suggested that they should have. They were guessing

that doesnt bother me, swapping them out probably doesnt get the Leafs home ice anyways..its close though. 2 or 3 wins diff.

IIRC, he did say Woll will be the number 1 goalie by 2022(?).. We'll see I guess.. For goalies drafted out the first rd, it's always a crapshoot.

we'll be subjected to more and moar... We'd hear how, if we still had McElhinney, we wouldn't have wasted a draft pick on Hutchinson..

Dubas made the right choice, some people just like to complain

It's been said before and you said it last night but when Bracco has the puck, his skating reminds me exactly of Skinner.

Leading scorer in the AHL.

2 positions ahead of former Leafs star prospect Carter Verhaege.

Godamnit if he becomes another Yanni Gourde for the Lightning I'm gonna be pissed.

Generally youd want a back to win 10-12 games if they play 20 - 25 games. Imo
Sparks has 8 and could hit 10 wins in in 20 games if plays at least two more.
Of those possible 20 games he would have only started 17.
Not bad for a back up.

It may have gotten them 2 more wins, maybe.
But the leafs had to choose the younger controllable goalie.

McBackup is doing quite well in Carolina. Like... surprisingly well.

He beat us again yesterday.

What’s your gut feeling on playoffs now for the habs?

Back to 57% convinced we're making it!

Price is playing too well for the Habs to not make it.

Hes been great, no doubt.
I was hoping we could have kept him and sparks.
This leafs team really depends on quality tending giving the amount of shots against (9th in the league).
Only other playoff team to allow more are the jets and maybe pitts.
The jets allow so many...geez.

Last game of the season, Leafs beat the Habs to eliminate them from the playoffs...

Ive been saying since day 1, price single handedly could get the habs into the playoffs. Hes still that good.
