Hot take.

He will be better than Kap and Johnnson.

The way he uses his edges is a amazing..he’s better than Dermott with his edge work.

Kind of reminds me of Skinner a little bit the way he skates.

But his vision, skating, and his two way ability will translate nicely. He’s the type of guy I could see meshing well with Matthews.

Great to see us get Scott and Woll locked up, both should challenge for the future of the crease down the road. Think Sparks gives us the cheap option as backup for now, much as I cringe on that don't see him going anywhere. Kask likely hangs as a backup for the Marlies and Woll and Scott see who is in the A to start and who is ECHL to get the games in. Figure Hutch is likely just gone.

Dubas doing well in keeping the cupboards stocked with some good young and cheap talent so we will see how it goes from there. The offseason will definitely prove interesting for moves.

If we had more center depth I wouldn't laugh at the Gull there moving out Kadri. Unless we got an upgrade for about the same money though I don't think MiB has his dream come true though.

I think the Hurricanes have run out of ideas for their post game thing. The last two haven't been good.
