Connor Sheary won 2 cups once upon a time as well hanging off jock straps. Sheary scored 20+ playing with superstars like Tom Wilson does too. Tom Wilson is a good but overpaid complimentary piece. I agree we need physicality in our lineup but if we’re talking winners then I could name 8 guys on that Caps team I’d take before Wilson.

I think we could all agree that an HOUR away from our hectic lives to sit down, relax, and enjoy a bit of entertainment on the TV - regardless of your taste in programs - is a nice thing. The show is infinitely more enjoyable to watch than 99% of Sabres games this year...there's no denying that.

With how active JB wants our blue line to be, I expect us to try and land Gardiner this offseason.

He fits the Montour/Dahlin/Pilut type of D man and would be a huge get

if you mean calendar year.... yes.. the sabres early on this season were actually fun to watch, they stayed in games and i never felt like the game was over till the horn at the end of the game. i am not really sure what the hell happened.

we're 2 losses away from being 4th last. so that's fun. we'll leave it to Phail Housleague to get us there. it's hard to win hockey games though.

i agree that they could have lost 8 of those games.. but just the way they played was different, they seemed to play with purpose and i felt like they were always in the games.
