That's a different kind of coaching. Stacked teams got great talent but probably have a bunch of egos to manage as opposed to a team that just needs a guy to lay out the right Xs and Os and a good game plan.

But in terms of Xs and Os, the Leafs are living and dying by the stretch pass especially without Gardiner and Dermott. If they can't execute the stretch passes, they usually get shut down and lose pretty easily.

I think Rosen will be back later this week. Hopefully they give him a few games in the ahl before they try and bring him up. This fan base will rip him apart in his first nhl game coming off a foot injury.
