I did say "personally" in my first post. Also, the Leafs seem to do better when running a longer 1st unit, regardless of it being the "first" or "second" unit.

Gives them more time to gel. That's just my personal observation, though. Not anything back up by "stats".

that's actually a bigger difference between the 2 units than what you're suggesting
