Over worked ? Not exactly anderson is 8th in the league with 53 games played

As far as the defense goes ..I would not go as far as super thin but ya there is not doubt it needs to be addressed next year...n

But an easy out nah I don't see it sorry i do think the bruins have the ability to take out the leafs in 6 maybe 7 games this year

Key words are next year. The Leafs have the potential to be a force for years to come BUT they need D for that.
Andersen will have to perform miracles to win. Rask has been rock solid this year. No chance for the Leafs.

I think the Bruins will get it, but there's a good chance they can't outgun the Leafs. As a 3rd party with no rooting interest, it should be one of the best series in the yoffs this year, and as a Flyers fan I'll have plenty of time to watch it

Leafs have all kinds of firepower for sure. Won’t be enough tho.

You are conveniently forgetting that he was out for about 3 weeks with a groin injury.

Had to put a Vegas Photo up on this post? I’m sorry I just still don’t consider them a real thing yet

I would have severe difficulty playing the weakest of teams in the playoffs as I am an aging overweight man who is seriously out of shape.

Where are the picks for tonight? After getting 17 of the last 23 games wrong I'm tempted to bet the opposite! Like I did last night with Tampa over Arizona. Seemed like easy money to me.

I don't disagree that Boston is the favourite but a less talented Leafs team took them to 7 games last year. What makes you so certain Toronto is going to be an easy out?

Good point only adds to the "overworked" comment being a little silly

I think he was injured for just that reason.

Boston was 3-1 in that series and took their foot off the gas. Rask also did not play as well as he is this year. Bruins are another year older as well.

I personally agree with you. I think Boston takes it in 5 this year. Babcock lost the room. Im not afraid to admit my team isnt where it needs to be right now. Dubas failed to address a bunch of concerning areas and thats what this ultimately comes down to. A rookie GM learning his way one year at a time with a very inexperienced team learning as well. Our time is not now thats pretty evident. I expect, and hope the areas of need get addressed next year as our window is from 2020-2025 when matthews extension is up. So ill bid you congrats on your 1st round bye this year, enjoy getting eliminated by tampa in round 2 again!

That could very easily be how it all goes down. Dubas should have moved Nylander in the off-season when his trade value was really high. I could see him getting moved at the Draft for sure.
